TrulySD.com is a San Diego media and lifestyle brand. It is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate services in its own capacity.
TrulySD.com is operated as a media and content platform dedicated to San Diego real estate education, neighborhood information, community content, and local lifestyle features. The platform features licensed real estate professionals who provide real estate services independently through their respective licensed brokerages.
TrulySD.com does not represent buyers or sellers, does not hold a California Department of Real Estate (DRE) broker license, and is not a party to any real estate transaction featured on this website.

All licensed real estate services referenced or advertised on TrulySD.com are provided by the TrulySD Atencio Group, a real estate team at LPT Realty, Inc. (CA DRE #02248983), made up of the following individually licensed California Realtors®:
